"Le Modulor" is a mixed-use project proposed for Lake Worth Beach, overlooking the City Hall Annex Park. It consists of a boutique hotel of 81 keys, 114 residential units with related amenities and structured parking garage, and over of 12,000 sqft of street level commercial space.
The contribution of this project to the Lake Worth community goes beyond the generation of a place to live, work and play. “The Modulor” proposes and iconic presence in a central location, in order to contribute to the artistic identity of the area.
