KEY BISCAYNE  RESIDENCE

This architectural intervention involved a total interior space redesign, facades alterations and two-story rear addition. While keeping traces of Caribbean vernacular expression of the existing house, the objective was to fully enhance the interior experience in terms of natural light and connection to new balconies and terraces almost nonexistent in the original house. The sequence to access the master bedroom through a bridge overlooking the double height living room, which also leads to a new front façade second level terrace; transformed radically the circulation experience inside the house.
