The proposed multifamily residential project consists of 33 apartments with rooftop amenities located in Little Gables neighborhood in Miami-Dade. The aesthetic expression of this development have been driven by the demands of the community to integrate to the predominant architectural style of Coral Gables, currently in the process of incorporating this neighborhood into its boundaries. The project proposes a transition from Le Jeune Road, a high vehicular traffic artery, into a quiet lower density district.
